RESERVATION / CANCELLATION / TERMS OF USE


1) Is there any minimum or maximum of nights to be booked ?

We do accept all reservations starting for 2 nights. Our apartment availabilities is the only constraint. Please contact us to know our availabilities !

2) What is the maximum guests per apartment ?

All our apartments have been setup and organized following the same specifications. There are fully furnished in order to welcome 1 or 2 guest in a double bed (children included). In some of our apartments, we can add a small baby bed (upon request without additional charge).

3) How can I make a reservation ?

Very easy to manage !

You just need to contact us by phone, email, or using our website by filling the form. We will immediately confirm availabilities and prices for one night and for the total duration of your stay.

If our offer is acceptable for you, we will send you by email a contract with our Terms of Use. You’ll have to sign these documents and send them back to us (fax or scan) with a copy of your ID.

In order to fully confirme your reservation, you’ll be charge 20% of the total amount of your stay. The pending 80% and the deposit will be paid the day you’ll check-in at the latest.

For long term corporate stay, we can propose a splitted payments solution. Please contact us to have more informations, we’ll be glad to help you.

4) May I cancel my reservation, and are there cancellation fees ?

Of course, you may cancel your reservation anytime. No cancellation fees will be charged, but you will loose the amount already paid.

PAYMENT / EXTRA CHARGES

 

1) How to pay ?

You can pay using credit-card (even when arriving in the apartment, we will bring a card reader POS), or by bank transfer.

We accept following credit-card : Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Diner’s Club, JCB.

No cash and/or check will be accepted.

2) Will I get an invoice ?

Of course, at the end of your stay we will print you an invoice in Euros, with the details of the VAT amount (5.50%).

3) Do I have to pay a deposit ?

Yes, like a regular renting.

With us, the deposit amount won’t be a % of the total bill, but a fixed amount, between 500 and 1000 EUR (according to the appartment and the number of guests).

You’ll have to pay this deposit the day you arrive in the apartment at the latest. It can be paid by credit card (see above question N°4 concerning payment solution).

4) What charges could be deduct from my deposit ?

We can deduct following elements :

-      phone calls not included in our offer (see question N°15 concerning phone calls solution),

-      movies you will buy on this satelite server. The price we will invoice you is the real price invoiced by the satellite provider without any extra charge (price of one movie is between 1,99 and 4,99 EUR all tax included).

Of course, on this deposit will be deducted as well cost of any unexpected damage you may cause in the apartment, and which will request repair or change.

5) How and when will be reimburse the deposit ?

The deposit you paid the check-in day will be reimbursed the day of the check-out (plus banking delay to be added), reduced by the amount of the possible extra charges (see question N°12 above).

This repayment will be done either using your credit card, either by bank transfer (according to the mean of payment you used for the deposit).

6) What are the extra charges, fees, or additional expenses ?

NONE !

This answer is not a simple commercial argument, it is a real commitment from us.

No more chating, despite the price per night and the deposit, you won’t have any additional costs.

All our services are included in our prices. Please read the list of our services, and check by yourself the quality of our provision, one of the best in Paris today.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

 

1) When can I check-in (time) ?

You can go in the apartment starting from 3:00pm. Feel free to contact us if you need an early check-in : if your apartment is available we will welcome you earlier (without additional cost of course !).

2) How can I get the keys of the apartment when arriving in Paris ?

Very simple ! We will personaly welcome you in the apartment (and if possible in your native language as our team can speak totally 5 different languages : French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian) and give you the keys. You won’t have to run across Paris to gather the keys, or to spend time finding alone the right building and the right apartment.

Few days before the check-in, we will define the time of the appointment, according to the time of your arrival in Paris (we will ask you your flight or train number in order to check the exact time of arrival).

We will wait for you in the apartment accordingly the schedule, will ask you to sign required documents for check-in, and will give you as well all information needed for your stay.

3) What is the procedure to check-out ?

Check-out will take 5 min only, so that you won’t be late for your next appointment or to catch your flight !

We will define together a check-out appointment with your personal concillor. He will be on time in your apartment, will ask you to sign required check-out documents, will get back the keys, and have a small debrief with you about your stay in order to check everything was fine.

Of course, if you’ll need a taxi, we will be glad to book it for you (request should be done one day prior your leaving).

APARTMENTS

 

1) The sleeping solution is a sofa bed ?

Yes, it is a sofa bed king size (160 x 200 cm).

It comes from the famous “Maison du Convertible” (French very well known specialist of sofa bed), and it is a top quality sleeping solution.

Crated for a daily usage, the sofa bed is very simple to open or close, and offering a perfect quality (much better than a normal bed you could find in hotel) : no cover to put, no pillow to take away. By pulling a strap the sofa bed will immediately become a confortable bed. It contains a real Bultex 14 cm thickness mattress, firm, and with good density.

2) Is the kitchen fully equipped ?

Yes of course ! For your own confort we designed fully equipped and furnished kitchen. You will find all needed electrical appliances : refridgerator, microwave, ceramic glass cooktop, dish-washer, washing machine (with dryer in some of our apartments), coffee machine Nespresso, etc.

3) Are the apartments quiet ?

This question is of course frequently asked (so it becomes a topic of our FAQ). We usually answer our guests that we can’t propose in Paris the silence of the Alps mountains of Switzerland. All our apartments are in the heart of Paris, at prestigious locations. Some of them have a inside courtyard windows, some street windows. Nevertheless, none of them are located on high trafic density boulevards.

One other important aspect of our apartment, is that all of them have double glazing windows with noise reduction system (renovated 2 years ago).

4) Is ther air conditioning in the apartments ?

Unfortunatly, none of our apartments have air conditioning because of one reason : as we explained above, our apartments are located in prestigious and high class buildings (often historical buildings). Parisian regulation in term of heritage protection is very strict, and we don’t have the right to add air conditioning system that would damage the “landscape”.

Nevertheless, all our apartments have electrical or centralized heaters (that you can manually adjust) and fans.

A private counsellor will be in charge of you to be sure you have full satisfaction during your Parisian stay.

Reachable from 8:00am to 8:00pm on a dedicated phone number (free of charge from the apartment telephone), he’ll do everything to answer your questions and help you at anytime. We will always try to provide you a consellor who speaks your native language.

2) How work the private concierge service ?

For us, guest satisfaction and client service is not an option, but an obvious company policy. The private concierge service has two sides :

- hotline,

- private concierge.

You need to book a taxi ?

You need advice to go to Versailles ?

You need a ticket for the Opera ?

You need advice for a fancy restaurant close to your apartment ?

You would like to have a dining-cruise on the Seine river but you don’t know how and where to book ?

You need information on fitness clubs located in the same area of your apartment ?

Etc.

Your private councillor will be reachable to answer all these questions and make your Parisian journey even nicer.

We will always be happy to help you. And of course as usual : no extra charge (no need to say it, but much better after saying it).

Yes, and it will always be, because you have a fast, secured and private connexion.
