The area


	In the heart of the 2nd district, Vivienne square is an historical spot which mixes advantages of business and residential areas : liveliness in day time / quiet in evening time, means of transportation next to the apartment, (metro station “Bourse” and several bus station at 50 m from the apartment), numerous convenience stores, plenty of restaurants, pubs and cafes, theaters and movie theaters (less than 2 min needed to reach the famous Parisian main streets), museum and shopping mall from the XVIII th century, etc. Our apartments are located in a beautiful high class building, all built in white dressed stone, fully renovated in 2007 (only historical walls have been kept), located right in front of the Palais Brongniart, well known under the name “Palais de la Bourse”, ordered by Napoleon in 1807 and fully finished in 1825. Formerly the Paris Stock-exchange (which rates are managed by computer system since 1987), the property of Paris city hall, the Palais Brongniart is currently use for conferences, seminars, and private receptions. So it is frequent to see from the Palais Brongiart’s windows preparation of haute-couture fashion show, art exhibitions, etc. You will love this address right in the capital city center, located few minutes far from the Opera square, from the Parisian main streets, and from the pedestrian area of Montorgueil, perfect place for food shopping ! Finally, you’ll need less than 15 min on foot to reach the Louvre Museum or Parisian Department Stores (Galerie Lafayette and Le Printemps, well known throughout the world). Two of the most famous Parisian brasseries a located few meters from our apartment, on the Bourse square. Feel free to try the tasty “a la carte” menus of the “Vaudeville” and “Gallopins”, delicious address of our capital city.

	We offer you high class level apartments, perfect “home sweet home” for your business trip or touristic journey, located in a comfortable building in front of the Palais Brongniart, fully secured, and with good neighbourhood : marble and exotic wood for the stairwell, bronze wall lamp, huge chandellier, courtyard decorated with flower. Without any exception, all of our apartments have been fully renovated in 2007. Decorated tastefully and with refinement in a contemporary style, all of them are vaste and well organized, in order for you to feel just like being home. Fully equipped, all of them have : an entrance with hanger a big master room, with two windows. This room has a standard king size sofa bed (160x200cm) from “La Maison du Convertible”, a wardrobe, and a drawer cabinet a vast Open kitchen fully equiped with a bar in solid oak and its seats a office area with leather armchair, fast internet connexion (LAN and WAN), private telephone line including free calls to more than 40 countries in Europe, USA, and Canada a living place with a confortable leather club chair and a pedestal table a nice bathroom with shower (80x80 cm), hair-dryer, toilet, washbasin, heating towel rail.
